Kangana Ranaut launched a fresh scathing attack on apparent "gangs" existing in Bollywood, saying, "they bully and harass even kill those who they see as gifted." Bollywood is the middle of a huge storm, after Priyanka Chopra Jonas revealed that she moved to the West as she was not on good terms with some people in Bollywood and was tired of the politics. Kangana Ranaut, in a latest, reacted to the old statement of AR Rahman, where he spoke against the Hindi film industry.

In her tweet, Kangana Ranaut said: "Bolly kids grow up being obsessed with talent, their parents applaude their every word /move and they too start to believe that lie, until a really gifted person shows up, smacking them right in their faces and raising the bar high it challenges everything they ever believed."

"To be true, and they succumb to what all undeserving, immature, entitled people succumb to in such a situation ( jealousy)They “ GANG UP” bully and harass even kill those who they see as gifted, Amadeus is a film about this, my most favourite film," she said in another tweet.

The original post regarding AR Rahman shared by the Twitter page Cinemania read: "In July 2020, when #ARRahman was asked why he was doing more Tamil films and not many Hindi films, the #Oscar-winning composer replied: “I don’t say no to good movies, but I think there is a whole gang (in #Bollywood) working against me and spreading some false rumours (about me). People are expecting me to do stuff, but there is another gang of people preventing that from happening. It is fine because I believe in destiny. I believe that everything comes from God.”

On Tuesday, Kangana Ranaut had targetted director and producer Karan Johar after Priyanka Chopra Jonas revealed the reasons behind moving away from Bollywood.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut has multiple projects lined up. The Indian actress will be seen in her upcoming film ‘Emergency’, in which she stars as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana is also directing the film.

Kangana Ranaut will also be seen in ‘Chandramukhi 2’, a sequel to Rajinikanth's Tamil blockbuster. She also has the new Hindi Bollywood movie ‘Tejas’ and Pradeep Sarkar-directed biopic on ‘Noti Binodini’.
