Varun Dhawan Hits Back At News Portal For Their Samantha Ruth Prabu “Lost All Her Charm And Glow” Tweet
Varun Dhawan jumped to Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s defence after a Twitter handle on Monday said that the actress has “lost her charm” after myositis diagnosis.
A Twitter handle on Monday posted a tweet about actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, claiming that she has lost her "charm and glow" after myositis diagnosis. The post on Twitter read: "Feel sad for Samantha. She lost all her charm and glow. When everyone though she came out of divorce strongly and her professional life is seeing heights, myositis hit her badly, making her weak again." This post featured Samantha's latest photos which were taken during the trailer launch of her upcoming movie 'Shaakuntalam'.
Now, actor Varun Dhawan, who will share the screen with Samantha in the Indian version of Amazon Prime Video's show 'Citadel', reacted to the tweet, saying Samantha is "glowing".

Earlier, even Samantha had responded to the tweet, and she expressed her regret over the tweet that was posted.

Last year, Samantha had revealed that she was under treatment for the disease myositis.
Samantha on Monday had attended a media event for the first time since she revealed about her diagnosis.
The trailer for 'Shaakuntalam' was launched on Monday in Hyderabad.
'Shaakuntalam' revolves around the love story of Shakuntala and King Dushyant from Mahabharata, and the main roles are being played by Samantha and Dev Mohan.
