Sharvari Wagh, Mona Singh and Abhay Verma-starrer 'Munjya' is going from strength-to-strength at the box office. After registering an opening weekend of more than Rs 20 crore, 'Munjya' managed to hold the fort on its first Monday. As per Indian film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the latest installment in the Maddock Films’ supernatural universe, minted Rs 4.11 crore on Monday, the fourth day of its release. As a result, the nett domestic collection of the film now stands at Rs 24.15 crore.
On Sunday, 'Munjya' had an overall 17.05 per cent Hindi occupancy, as per Sacnilk.
"While most films crash/fall on the crucial, make-or-break Day 4 [Mon], #Munjya proves an exception… Just check Mon numbers - HIGHER than Fri [includes midnight screenings of Thu]… If this is not FANTASTIC, what is," Taran Adarsh wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

For the unversed, 'Munjya' had earned Rs 8.43 crore on Sunday after making Rs 7.40 crore on Saturday. On the opening day, 'Munjya' had collected Rs 4.21 crore.
For the unversed, the film has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, and it has been bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan and 'Stree' and 'Bhediya' director Amar Kaushik.
Maddock Films on Monday also announced that they will be unveiling the first teaser of their highly-anticipated Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer 'Stree 2' exclusively in theatres, attached to the screenings of 'Munjya'.
'Stree', which was released in 2018, had emerged as a super hit. Its lifetime collection was Rs 129.90 crore.
Talking about 'Mr & Mrs Mahi', which released in cinemas on May 31, earned Rs 0.90 crore on Monday, the 11th day of its release. The eleven-day collection now stands at Rs 30.80 crore.
'Mr & Mrs Mahi' tells the love story of a couple, who find love, after discovering their passion for the sport of cricket. The film has a reported budget of Rs 40 crore.
Talking about Rajkummar Rao's ‘Srikanth’, which was released in cinemas on May 10, collected Rs 0.14 crore on Monday, the 32nd day of its release. The total nett domestic collection of the film now stands at Rs 47.09 crore.
For the unversed, ‘Srikanth’ also stars Alaya F, Sharad Kelkar and Jyotika. In the film, Rajkummar Rao portrays the role of Srikanth Bolla, an industrialist who fearlessly pursued his dreams despite his visual impairment.
