Trevor Noah is all set to perform in India for the first time.
Stand-up comedian, host and producer Trevor Noah is all set to perform in India for the first time. As a part of his 'Off The Record' Tour, Trevor Noah will be performing seven shows and this will be his first performance in India. The comedian's visit to the country will be his first stop in Asia. Trevor Noah's shows will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Delhi-NCR on September 22-24, followed by Manpho Convention Centre, Bengaluru on September 27-28. The tour will then be coming to an end at the NSCI Dome, Mumbai on September 30 and October 1.
“After a lifetime of loving India’s culture, I’m so excited to finally have the privilege of bringing my current stand-up comedy tour to one of the most exciting countries in the world!” BookMyShow Live is producing the tour," Trevor Noah said in an official statement.
The pre-sale of tickets for this Tour will go live for all Kotak credit card holders on August 1 at 6 pm on BookMyShow.
General on-sale of tickets will go live starting August 3.
Trevor Noah is known to be a huge fan of the Indian culture and he has mentioned it several times in his gigs.
He has talked about the influence of Indian culture on his life. His jokes have also revolved around the British invasion of India and Indian curries.
Trevor Noah had announced his departure from the 'Trevor Noah Show' in September 2022. He said that he wants to do more stand-up comedy and this was the main reason behind him leaving the show.
