The trailer for Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar-starrer 'The Ladykiller' has finally been unveiled. For the unversed, the movie has been directed by Ajay Bahl, and it will be released in theatres on November 3, 2023. The trailer of the film showcases how a small-town playboy ends up falling for a destructive and dangerous woman. The duo then embark on a perilous journey.
The trailer opens with the character of Arjun Kapoor reaching the doorstep of a royal bungalow to meet the former Maharaja. However, it is Bhumi Pednekar, who shows up at the door, and their passionate romance begins from there.
As we go on, Bhumi's true identity is revealed to Arjun, and this leads to a dangerous turn in their relationship. The trailer also hints towards a murder.

Earlier, while speaking to the news agency PTI, Arjun Kapoor said about 'The Ladykiller', "Lady Killer is something else. I have given a lot to that film. Mentally and emotionally, the film has been intense and raw for Bhumi and I. It is very real in that sense as a love story. That’s why I went on holiday after that. I shot for about 45 days for that film and went away on a break. I needed to get out of that space.”
For the unversed, 'The Ladykiller' is helmed by director Ajay Bahl, who is known for his films like 'BA Pass', 'Section 375', and 'Blurr'.
“It’s been completely wonderful. It looks cliché when you praise your actors because, of course, you can’t say bad things about them. But, I am going to say from the bottom of my heart that it’s been a pleasure working with both of them. These new-age actors are super committed because they are focused and they give it their all. They are more mature, especially Arjun; he has turned over a new leaf in his life in terms of his performance," Ajay had told Telly Chakkar.
