The rumour mills have been working overtime, and the internet is abuzz with speculation that Samantha Ruth Prabhu is dating director Raj Nidimoru.
The rumour mills have been in overdrive with speculation that Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is dating director Raj Nidimoru. Buzz on social media even claimed that the two are planning to move in together and have been house-hunting. But now, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s manager has finally stepped in to shut down the gossip. Speaking to Hindustan Times, the manager offered a curt, one-word response to the swirling rumours – enough to silence the chatter and put the brakes on all the internet talk.
When Hindustan Times reached out to Samantha Ruth Prabhu's manager, the response was a single word: “Rumours.”
Earlier, Pinkvilla had quoted a source in their report, which stated that the duo is planning to move in together.
“Samantha and Raj are considering moving in together and are scouting for properties. They have the intent to live together and are working in that direction,” Pinkvilla quoted a source as saying.
“Raj got officially divorced to Shhyamali in 2022 and found love in Samantha after they collaborated for Citadel. Meanwhile, reports about Raj being spotted with his daughter are false. He doesn’t have a daughter, and the kid he was spotted with is his co-director Krishna DK’s daughter,” the source added.
For the unversed, Raj Nidimoru was married to Shhyamali De, an assistant director who has previously worked with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Vishal Bhardwaj. As per reports, the duo got divorced in 2022.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya. The duo tied the knot in 2017, however, they parted ways four years later. Naga Chaitanya is currently married to actress Sobhita Dhulipala.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu has starred in two Raj and DK projects -- the second season of 'The Family Man' and 'Citadel: Honey Bunny'.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha will next star in 'Maa Inti Bangaram', which she is also producing under her banner, 'Tralala Moving Pictures'.
Apart from that, she will also be seen in Raj & DK’s Netflix series 'Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom'.
