Monalisa, a popular Bhojpuri actress, is known for her bold and sensuous fashion choices. The actress, who has a huge fan following due to her acting projects and dance numbers, gained more prominence after participating in the Salman Khan-hosted reality show ‘Bigg Boss 10’. Monalisa made her debut in the Hindi film industry with the movie ‘Jayate’ in 1997. She has appeared in a slew of Bollywood films like ‘Tauba Tauba’, ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, ‘Blackmail’, ‘Jackpot’ and ‘Kaafila’.
The 40-year-old Bhojpuri actress was last seen in the television comedy series ‘Favvara Chowk’. The show was produced by H3 Entertainment and also featured Bharti Singh, Abhishek Verma, Surabhi Mehra, Samriddhi Mehra, and Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
She was also seen in the Hindi-language fantasy television series ‘Bekaboo’. The show was an adaptation of the successful French fairy tale novel ‘Beauty and the Beast’. It starred Shalin Bhanot and Eisha Singh in the lead roles and premiered on March 18.
