Janhvi Kapoor Gives Birthday Gift To Fans, Unveils New ‘Devara’ Poster
On Janhvi Kapoor's 27th birthday, a new poster of the Indian actress from ‘Devara’ was released.
Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is celebrating her 27th birthday today. And her special day is loaded with surprises for her fans! After it was announced earlier today that Janhvi Kapoor has been roped in to star opposite Ram Charan in ‘RC 16’, the Bollywood diva’s new poster from her upcoming film ‘Devara’ has been unveiled. The makers of ‘Devara’ took to Instagram and dropped Janhvi Kapoor’s fresh poster from the upcoming film, co-starring Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles.
The caption along the poster read, “Wishing our beloved Thangam, @JanhviKapoor a happy and joyous birthday!!”

The new ‘Devara’ poster featured Janhvi Kapoor flashing her million-dollar smile as she posed for the camera. She looked stunning as ever in an elegant brown saree with golden and green border.
She is also seen wearing a bindi with traditional choker and matching jhumkas. For the unversed, ‘Devara’ marks Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu film debut.
Soon after the post was shared on Instagram, several social media users reacted to the new poster. One fan wrote, “Super.”
Another one added, “Many many happy returns of the day… All the best for Devara.”
A third one commented, “Happy Birthday @janhvikapoor our Thangam.”
“Happy birthday queen,” another comment on the post read.
Janhvi Kapoor also re-shared the post on Instagram Stories, writing, “Can’t wait to be back on set.”
Earlier in the day, the makers of Buchi Babu Sana’s ‘RC 16’ announced that Janhvi Kapoor has been roped in to star opposite Ram Charan in the upcoming film. Mythri Movie Makers, the production company behind ‘RC 16’, made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter).
Bollywood actress Khushi Kapoor also wished her sister Janhvi Kapoor on her birthday. Taking to IG Stories, Khushi Kapoor dropped adorable childhood pictures of herself with the birthday girl.

Janhvi Kapoor’s rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, who accompanied the actress for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations, also took to IG Stories to wish the birthday girl.
Coming back to ‘Devara’, the movie has been directed by Koratala Siva. It will be released in two parts, with the first installment coming on October 10, 2024.
‘Devara’ has been produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, while the movie is being presented by Nandamuri Kalyana Ram.
The upcoming Telugu movie also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Prakash Raj, Jissu Sengupta, Srikanth, Narine, Murali Sharma. The film's music is being provided by ‘Jawan’ and ‘Jailer’ fame Anirudh Ravichander. The cinematography of ‘Devara’ is being done by R Rathnavelu.
Besides ‘Devara’ and ‘RC 16’, Janhvi Kapoor is currently working on two more films – Sharan Sharma’s ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’, co-starring Rajkummar Rao, and Sudhanshu Saria’s patriotic thriller ‘Ulajh’, also featuring Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew.
She will also be seen alongside Varun Dhawan in the upcoming rom-com ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. The upcoming Bollywood movie, directed by Shashank Khaitan, will be released in theatres on April 18, 2025.
