Fans Welcome Return Of “Vintage Darling” Prabhas, React To ‘The Raja Saab’ Teaser
The makers of the horror-comedy ‘The Raja Saab’ dropped the film's teaser recently, and reactions to the clip are pouring in thick and fast.
Prabhas is one of the most popular Indian actors currently, and his fans are eagerly waiting for the release of his upcoming film ‘The Raja Saab’. The upcoming horror comedy is set to hit the theatres on December 5, 2025. The makers of the horror-comedy dropped the film's teaser on Monday and reactions to the clip are pouring in thick and fast. There is a wide range of reactions to the teaser. Some fans are going gaga over Prabhas venturing into the horror-comedy space while others are calling out the “shoddy” VFX.
The teaser showcases Prabhas embracing his goofy side as he drops one hilarious one-liner after another.

‘HanuMan’ director Prasanth Varma shared the teaser on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, "LOOKS.. SWAG.. TIMING… VINTAGE DARLING!”
Soon after the teaser surfaced online, several Redditors also reacted to it. One user wrote, “Simple mindless fun. Nothing more nothing less. Will be seated.”
Another one added, “I thought the film will be a comedy but it turn out to be a horro fantasy, lots going on and will wait for the trailer but it looks promising.”
A third one said, “This looks like if Radhe Shyam was made competent.”

Some fans were also surprised to find out that even Sanjay Dutt has a role in ‘The Raja Saab’.
“Sanjay Dutt Hain ??? Kabse picture ban ri hai sidha teaser me pata chalra hai sanjay dutt bhi hai,” wrote one user.
Another user wrote, “Nowadays you should be more surprised if a movie doesn't have Sanjay Dutt.”

Speaking of ‘The Raja Saab’, the film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar. The teaser showcases Prabhas playing a happy-go-lucky guy, who is in love with Nidhhi. However, Malavika seems obsessed with him. The teaser then reveals the plot to be taking an absurd turn when Prabhas enters a haveli.
The film is directed by Maruthi. Prabhas, who was last seen in the 2024 smash hit 'Kalki 2898 AD', began shooting for 'The Raja Saab' a couple of years ago.
‘The Raja Saab’ will release in theatres in all south Indian languages and Hindi on December 5.
