'Kalki 2898 AD' director Nag Ashwin has requested Tesla Motors CEO, Elon Musk, to come visit India.

Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani-starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD' is one of the most-anticipated Indian movies of 2024, and fans cannot wait for the sci-fi epic to be released in cinemas on June 27, 2024. The conversation around the film has gained traction after the launch of the special "6-ton beast" 'Bujji' car. The vehicle has already gained appreciation from the likes of Naga Chaitanya and F1 driver Narain Karthikeyan. In the latest entertainment news, 'Kalki 2898 AD' director Nag Ashwin has requested Tesla Motors CEO, Elon Musk, to come visit India and drive the vehicle, named 'Bujji'. 

"Dear @elonmusk sir... We would love to invite you to see and drive our #Bujji... it's a 6 ton beast, fully #madeinindia Fully Electric & an engineering feat..  And I daresay it'll make for a great photo-op with ur cybertruck 😬 (would be a sight to see them drive together)," 'Kalki 2898 AD' director Nag Ashwin wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Fans are now also commenting on this post, requesting Elon Musk to come to India and drive the vehicle.

Speaking of 'Kalki 2898 AD', the film is a dream project of Nag Ashwin. The budget of the film is reportedly more than Rs 600 crore, and it is one of the costliest Indian films ever made. 

The ensemble cast also includes Rajendra Prasad, Pasupathy, Saswata Chatterjee, Anna Ben, and others in key roles. 

Santhosh Narayanan has composed the soundtrack for the upcoming sci-fi thriller, while Djordje Stojiljkovic is the cinematography head. 

Earlier this week, the makers had stated that a prelude to the film, titled 'Bujji & Bhairava' will be releasing on Prime Video on May 31, 2024.
