The release date for Nandamuri Kalyan Ram-starrer 'Devil' is out! The new Telugu movie will be releasing in theatres on November 24, 2023. The new movie is being directed by Naveen Medaram and it is set during the pre-Independence era. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram will be portraying a formidable British secret agent in the film and the plot will revolve around him being tasked to unravel a mystery. The actor was seen in 'Bimbisara' last year and it had emerged as one of the biggest hits of Telugu cinema.
Talking about 'Devil', the movie is being touted as a period drama, which is set in the pre-independence era. Devansh Nama and Abhishek Nama are bankrolling ‘Devil’ under the banner of Abhishek Pictures in association with IVY Entertainment and B4U Motion Pictures.
Looking at the set design and production, it looks like that 'Devil' has a massive budget.
The first look poster of 'Devil' was unveiled in 2021, and after a bit of a wait, the first glimpse was revealed this year.
The tagline of the film reads, "The British Secret Agent”. The story of the film was not revealed through the teaser, but it can be made out that the plot is set in Madras Province, where Devil has been tasked to unravel a big conspiracy.
Samyuktha Menon is playing the female lead in the film. The film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada languages.
