Nayanthara made her Instagram debut amid the ‘Jawan’ trailer release, her new movie with Shah Rukh Khan.
In a move that has set social media abuzz, Indian cinema’s leading lady, Nayanthara, made her Instagram debut. Nayanthara, often hailed as the ‘Lady Superstar’ of the South Indian film industry, already has 373K followers on the social media platform. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, as her Instagram debut coincided with the trailer release of her upcoming film ‘Jawan’. The movie also stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. With just three posts on her Instagram account, Nayanthara has already sent her fans into a frenzy.
Known for her impeccable acting skills and for keeping her personal life away from the spotlight, Nayanthara’s arrival on Instagram marks a significant departure from her otherwise private persona.
Nayanthara, who has been a part of numerous successful films in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema, has always maintained a low profile in the world of social media. Nayanthara's Instagram debut was nothing short of perfect. She kicked off her Instagram journey with an adorable video featuring her two sons, Uyir and Ulag.

The video showed Nayanthara and her sons wearing all-white ensembles and sunglasses. Nayanthara walked in style towards the camera while holding her kids with Jailer’s ‘Alappara Theme’ playing in the background. Her Instagram debut was in true superstar fashion, and she even chose superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’ theme song to accompany her first post.
The second post on Nayanthara's Instagram feed was the trailer of her much-anticipated film, 'Jawan'. The timing couldn't have been better as fans were eagerly waiting for the trailer, and Nayanthara's Instagram debut made it even more special. In the caption of her second post, Nayanthara went on to call SRK her “favvvv”.

Nayanthara's Instagram debut has sent her fans into a frenzy. Within a few hours of creating her account, she had already garnered many followers.
One of her fans commented on her first post by writing, “Welcome queen.”
Another one added, “Indian lady superstar.”
A third one commented, “Queen entry.”
“Finally my dream come true,” another comment on the post read.
Nayanthara’s husband Vignesh Shivan also welcomed her and commented, “My uyirs welcome to IG.”
Nayanthara will next be seen in Atlee’s directorial ‘Jawan’, also starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani Raj, Sanya Malhotra, among others.
Deepika Padukone has made a special appearance in the film. ‘Jawan’, produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment, will release in cinemas on September 7, 2023.
Besides ‘Jawan’, Nayanthara has ‘Iraivan’, ‘Test’, and an untitled film which is tentatively called ‘Lady Superstar 75’.
She is also part of Jayam Ravi’s sequel to the hit film ‘Thani Oruvan’, which was announced on Monday.
