In a video posted by paparazzi account Viral Bhayani, Mannara Chopra said: "Jo bhi news viral hui, it has nothing to do with the director. I think unko film me mera kaam bahut pasand hai. He keeps calling me, jab me shoot nahi kar rahi thi, tab bhi meri team mujhe call karti rehti thi ki Mannara, director is saying we are missing her, she has done such a good job in the film."
"I think he just got overexcited (laughs). I also got surprised by the viral video, the way it picked up. Jo bhi incident hua, I think he did it out of excitement. Kahi baar excitement mein people don't get to know what is happening," she added.

Earlier, Mannara Chopra had shared a video from the promotional event of her film, showcasing her camaradrie with director AS Ravi Kumar.

For the unversed, Mannara Chopra is the paternal cousin of popular Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.
She has worked in several Hindi, Telugu and Tamil films. Mannara Chopra had made her Bollywood debut in Vivek Agnihotri's movie 'Zid' in 2014.
