‘RRR’ star Ram Charan, who will next be seen in Shankar’s ‘Game Changer’ alongside Kiara Advani, recently visited a temple and a dargah in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The actor was accompanied by director Buchi Babu Sana. The actor and director visited the Sri Vijaya Durga Devi temple and Ameen Peer dargah. The police had to resort to lathi charge to control the massive crowd that gathered just to catch one glimpse of the Telugu superstar.
Ram Charan flew from Hyderabad to Kadapa to attend the 80th Mushaira Ghazal event. The actor completed an old request from music composer AR Rahman to visit the dargah. The actor along with Buchi Babu Sana performed a pooja and put the script of their upcoming film at the goddess’ feet.
Ram Charan also offered a chaddar made of flowers at the dargah. Ram Charan's movie with Buchi Babu Sana will have Janhvi Kapoor as his co-star.
The fans were seen welcoming Ram Charan with massive garlands and flower petals. The actor also waved at them through his car's sunroof. However, the situation soon got out of control and the police had to hit fans to hold back the crowd. The officials ensured that Ram Charan's car is able to make its way safely.
