Two fans of Tamil superstar Suriya have died of electrocution while putting up a banner of the star in Andhra Pradesh.

Two fans of Tamil superstar Suriya have died of electrocution.

Actor Suriya had celebrated his 48th birthday on Sunday, however, there is some sad news coming in. Two of the actor's fans have died of electrocution while putting up a banner of the star in Andhra Pradesh. As per Hindustan Times, the incident took place in Palnadu, where two college students took the initiative of putting up a banner of the actor. As per Hindustan Times, a family member of the one of the victims has now blamed the college for the particular accident.

Nakka Venkatesh and Poluri Sai died due to electrocution in Mopulavaripalem village of Palnadu district in Andhra Pradesh, as per the police.

As per reports, the incident happened when an iron rod of the flexi came in contact with an overhead electric wire. Both of the boys died on the spot, as revealed by the police. 

"College is responsible for my brother's death. We are paying lot fees to the college. Before joining the college they assured us that students would be secured and monitored, but, the college is not protecting and monitoring the students in the hostel. We are daily labours," Ananya, the sister of Poluri Sai told news agency ANI. 

"We struggle a lot to pay college fees, striving for a good life for my brother. It's an awful incident that happened," she added.

Talking about Suriya, the first glimpse of his upcoming movie 'Kanguva' was revealed recently.

The movie is being directed by Siva. 'Kanguva' also stars Disha Patani in a key role.

'Kanguva' is being backed by UV Creations and Studio Green. 

Sharing the first glimpse, Studio Green tweeted: "The fearless man. The wild life. The powerful story. Get ready to witness it all... The King is here.” The first glimpse was released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English and will be out in four more languages soon."
