Finally, the much-anticipated teaser for 'Suriya 44' has been unveiled. The Kartik Subbaraj-directorial is one of the most-anticipated Indian movies. In the latest entertainment news, the teaser showcases Suriya in a retro avatar. In the clip, we can also see Suriya sporting a vintage hair style. Suriya can be seen with long hair, bell-bottom pants, and a classic mustache. He can be seen wearing a vibrant costume.
It is important to mention that the 44-second teaser does not divulge much about the plot of the film, but it does present an intriguing storyline set against the picturesque backdrop of the Andaman Islands.

On the work front, Suriya will next be seen in 'Kanguva', alongside Bobby Deol and Disha Patani.
It has been confirmed that 'Kanguva' will be released in 2024, however, no exact release date has been announced yet.
Earlier this year, the makers had unveiled the teaser for 'Kanguva'. For the unversed, the film will mark the Tamil debut of both Bobby Deol and Disha Patani. The other actors in the film are Redin Kingsley, Jagapathi Babu, Kovai Sarala, and Yogi Babu.
Earlier, Bobby Deol had spoken to the media about Suriya, and he described him as "humble" and "down to earth".
“Working with Suriya, who was so humble and down to earth, itna kamaal ka actor haina woh, stunts khud karta hai and just loved being on that set. Khatam ho gayi hai film, ajaeygi issi saal, date pakka malum nahi hai mujhe lekin, that’s my next release," said Bobby Deol.
As per several reports, 'Kanguva' will be released in 10 different languages in 3D format. 'Kanguva' is directed by Siva, and the cinematography has been done by Vetri Palanisamy.
