'The Flash' Trailer: Michael Keaton Returns As Batman, Get Ready For New DC Multiverse
'The Flash' Super Bowl trailer: Michael Keaton returns as Batman and lot more thrilling characters make an appearance.
James Gunn on Sunday unveiled fresh footage from upcoming movie 'The Flash'. The new footage was unveiled ahead of the Super Bowl. Ezra Miller had first appeared in a DC film in a cameo role in 2016's 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' and he has now finally gotten his solo movie. The new trailer showcases Miller's Barry Allen breaking into the multiverse and running into another version of himself.
However, it is not the highlight. The true highlight is Batman being played by both Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton. Michael Shannon's General Zod from 'Man of Steel' will also be returning and there would be a debut of Sasha Calle's Supergirl.

'The Flash' cast includes Kiersey Clemons, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Antje Traue and Maribel Verdu. The movie is slated to release in theatres on June 16.
'The Flash' has been directed by Andy Muschietti, who is best known for helming 2017's 'It' and its sequel. The movie has been produced by Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti.
The fresh trailer is the first major promotional activity for the movie since a series of controversies surrounding Miller.
In March 2022, Miller was arrested twice in Hawaii, first for disorderly conduct and harassment and then for second-degree assault, reported Variety.
In January this year, Miller had taken a plea deal in a Vermont case, in which he pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful trespassing.
Miller has also been accused of choking one woman in a bar and harassing another in her home in Berlin.
'The Flash' is touted to play a major role in the evolution of DC Cinematic Universe.
