Abdul Razzaq is being bashed after he stirred controversy by passing some distasteful remarks about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Former Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq is being bashed on social media after he stirred controversy by passing some distasteful and derogatory remarks about Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. In the latest entertainment news, at an event in Pakistan, Razzaq was speaking about the turmoil within the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) following the national men's team's exit from the ICC World Cup 2023 in India

While criticising the PCB management, Abdul Razzaq used Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as an example, implying that marrying her would never guarantee a well-mannered child. 

The comment which was said in Urdu, elicited laughter from some members from the audience, including former Pakistan cricketers Umar Gul and Shahid Afridi.

However, netizens have not taken kindly to this comment, and the former Pakistan star is being bashed on social media.

Talking about the actress, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Mani Ratnam's ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’.

The epic film franchise narrated the story of the Chola Dynasty. It is an adaptation of Kalki Krishnamurthy's five-part novel series of the same name.

Speaking of Pakistan cricket team, the Babar Azam-led side failed to make it to the semi-finals. The side managed to win just four games in the group stage.
