Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) got off to quite a start on Wednesday evening in Thane. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar had an eventful evening. From facing 'Bigg Boss 17' winner Munawar Faruqui to coming up with an outstanding gesture for para-cricketer Amir Hussain Lone, the former India captain witnessed a wide range of emotions. Kicking off the T10 tournament, batting great Sachin Tendulkar led his Master XI side against Bollywood star Akshay Kumar's Khiladi XI.

'Bigg Boss 17' winner Munawar Faruqui ended up dismissing Sachin Tendulkar in the fifth over of the Master XI innings. The entire crowd was silenced at the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium. Sachin Tendulkar got out after scoring 30 runs.

For the unversed, the grand opening ceremony of the tournament was attended by celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Suriya Sivakumar, Hrithik Roshan, and Ram Charan.

The ISPL will be played between six teams -- Chennai Singams, Tiigers of Kolkata, Falcon Risers Hyderabad, Bangalore Strikers, and Srinagar Ke Veer.

Speaking of ISPL T10, Amitabh Bachchan owns the Majhi Mumbai while Akshay Kumar owns the Srinagar Ke Veer. Hrithik Roshan owns the Bangalore Strikers whereas Tamil star Suriya owns the Chennai Singhams. 

'RRR' actor Ram Charan is the owner of Falcon Risers Hyderabad. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are the owners of the Tigers of Kolkata.
