"Teri Surgery Ka Main…": Fan Who Invaded Pitch Reveals MS Dhoni's Promise. Watch
IPL 2024: A fan has revealed the promise made by MS Dhoni to him.
Former India World Cup-winning captain MS Dhoni enjoys a massive fan following in the country. Despite announcing his retirement from international cricket in 2020, MS Dhoni continues to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and it needs to be seen whether the legendary wicketkeeper-batter plays the next edition of the tournament for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) or not. In the latest trending news, a fan has revealed the promise made by MS Dhoni to him. For the unversed, this is the same fan who invaded the pitch to meet Dhoni during CSK's match against Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 10.
The fan had jumped the barricade, and he ran towards Dhoni when the wicketkeeper-batter came out to bat. Dhoni was seen putting his arm around the shoulders of the pitch invader, and he was also seen having a few words with him.
In a new video, the fan can be seen talking about his interaction with Dhoni on the pitch. He also said that he informed MS Dhoni about his breathing issues, and it was then that the veteran cricketer promised the fan that he would take care of the expenses for the surgery.
"Unhone pucha saans kyu ful rahi hai teri? Maine kaha naak ki dikkat hai mujhe. Usne bola wo main sambhal lunga, maine bola mera naak ki surgery hai, toh main aapse milna chahta tha. Unhone kaha teri surgery ka main dekh lunga," revealed the fan.
"Tujhe kuch nahi hoga, ghabra mat," he added.

For the unversed, MS Dhoni's franchise CSK was unable to qualify for the playoffs in IPL 2024. The side lost their last group-stage fixture against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and hence they had to bow out of the tournament.
MS Dhoni is the only Indian captain to win all three major white-ball trophies -- 20-over World Cup (2007), 50-over World Cup (2011) and Champions Trophy (2013).
