This is not the first time that we are hearing about cruelty against animals.
Earlier this year, a video surfaced in which a man was seen mercilessly beating a dog. The issue transpired at the Vetic Pet Clinic, near R Mall in Thane. In the video, a man was seen thrashing a dog. Despite the latter barking, the man did not stop, and kept thrashing the innocent dog.
Several celebrities had reacted then as well, and this led to the arrest of the man involved.
