“Big Panauti”: KRK Trolls Kapil Sharma Show, Says “SRK Didn’t Promote Pathaan” On It And Film Is Superhit
Self-acclaimed critic KRK took the example of SRK's 'Pathaan' to take a jibe at the Kapil Sharma Show.
Self-acclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan keeps on making U-turns when it comes to Shah Rukh Khan and his blockbuster hit 'Pathaan'. One month prior to the release, KRK was predicting that 'Pathaan' would turn out to be a massive flop and the movie would not find many takers. However, with the film turning out to be a raging success at the box office, KRK has come around, and off late, he has been praising Shah Rukh Khan and the entire team of 'Pathaan'. However, KRK used the movie's success to take a dig at comedian Kapil Sharma and his show 'The Kapil Sharma' show.
Taking to Twitter, KRK wrote: "SRK didn’t promote #Pathaan on Kapil Sharma show and film is superhit. Film #Kashmirfiles was not promoted on Kapil Sharma show and film was superhit. So It’s proof that Kapil Sharma show is a Big Panauti for the films. Hope others also won’t promote their films on PANAUTI show."

Earlier, during an #AskSRK session, Shah Rukh Khan was asked whether he would be appearing on The Kapil Sharma to promote 'Pathaan' or not. To this, the actor had just said that he would directly appear in theatres.
'Pathaan' has crossed the Rs 400 crore mark at the domestic box office and it is the first Hindi film to do so.
On the other hand, 'The Kashmir Files' was also a massive success at the box office last year. The makers and actors had not appeared on Kapil's show to promote the film.
Talking about Kapil Sharma, his show is one of the most viewed shows on Indian national television and the biggest A-listers come on the platform to promote their movies.
Last year, Kapil Sharma had also hosted his first stand-up comedy special titled 'I Am Not Done Yet' on Netflix.
