The wait is finally over! The 18th season of 'Bigg Boss' has started. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is back as the host of the uber-popular reality show. For the unversed, the actor had stepped away as the host of ‘BB OTT 3’ and was replaced by Anil Kapoor. This year, the theme of ‘Bigg Boss’ is ‘Time Ka Taandav’. And it promises viewers an exciting blend of past, present and future. The grand premiere was held on Sunday, and it was aired on Colors TV and JioCinema.
‘Bigg Boss 18’ has a total of 18 contestants, and everyone is vying for the winner's trophy and a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh.
So without further, here is the full list of contestants:
1. Chaahat Pandey -- She is a popular TV actress, who is known for shows like 'Humari Bahu Silk' and 'Durga – Mata Ki Chhaya'.
2. Shehzada Dhami -- He is also a TV actor, who is known for his work in 'Yeh Rishtaa Kya Kehlata Hai'.
3. Avinash Mishra -- Avinash Mishra was Chahat's co-star. He is known for TV serials like 'Yeh Teri Galiyan' and 'Ishqbaaaz'.
4. Shilpa Shirodkar -- She is a popular actress, who worked in several movies in the 90s. She has starred in films like 'Kishen Kanhaiya' and 'Chhoti Bahoo'.
5. Tajinder Singh Bagga -- He was the national secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, youth wing of the BJP. He is also in charge of Uttarakhand's BJP youth wing.
6. Shrutika Arjun -- She is a popular Tamil movie actress. During her interaction with Salman Khan, she joked about how she starred in four movies, all of which flopped.
7. Nyrraa M Banerji -- She made her acting debut with the 'Telugu' film 'Aa Okkadu' in 2009. She has starred in several Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada movies.
8. Chum Darang -- She has worked in Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar’s 'Badhaai Do'. She was also Alia Bhatt's co-star in 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'.
9. Karan Veer Mehra -- He recently won Rohit Shetty-hosted 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'. He was also a part of Sunny Leone-starrer 'Ragini MMS 2'.
10. Rajat Dalal – Digital creator Rajat Dalal is also a part of the show. He has often made headlines for his controversial remarks.
11. Muskan Bamne -- She is best known for her role as Pakhi in the uber-popular show 'Anupamaa'.
12, 13. Arfeen Khan and Sara Arfeen Khan -- Hrithik Roshan's life coach Arfeen Khan and his wife Sara, have also joined the show this season. His official website states -- “For almost 25+ years, he has helped over 600,000 people in over 47 countries create personal and professional transformation.”
14. Hema Sharma -- She is best known for her viral dance videos. She has also appeared in films like 'Dabangg 3', 'Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se', and 'One Day: Justice Delivered'.
15. Gunratan Sadavarte -- The lawyer became a household name in March 2023 after he was accused of inciting an attack on NCP leader Sharad Pawar.
16. Eisha Singh -- She made her TV debut at the age of 17 with 'Ishq Ka Rang Safed'. She also made her film debut in 2022 with 'Middle Class Love'.
17. Vivian DSena -- The heartthrob of Indian TV is known for his work in shows like 'Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahani' and 'Madhubala'.
18. Alice Kaushik -- She began her career with 'Suryaputra Karn'. She gained further fame with 'Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum' and 'Pandya Store'.
