What Cricketer Shubman Gill Said On Reports Of Him Having A Crush On Rashmika Mandanna
Shubman Gill has spoken out after a report claimed that he has a crush on actress Rashmika Mandanna.
Shubman Gill is being looked as the next big thing in Indian cricket. The right-handed batter has had a prolific 2023 so far, as he has scored runs for Team India in white-ball cricket. Earlier this year, Shubman Gill scored a double ton in an ODI against New Zealand, and then he followed it up with a ton against the same opponent in a T20I. However, Shubman Gill keeps making news off the field as well, and his dating life is often brought up by various media portals.
The cricketer has been linked with Sachin Tendulkar's daughter Sara. And last year, there were rumours that Shubman is dating actress Sara Ali Khan.
In a latest Bollywood news update, Instagram page named ‘Instant Bollywood’ reported that during a media interaction, Shubman Gill was asked about who he has a crush on among actresses, to which he apparently took Rashmika Mandanna’s name.
However, Shubman Gill has now dismissed the claim. He replied on Instant Bollywood's post, saying: "Which media interaction was this, that I myself don’t know anything about.”
Last year, the rumours of Sara Ali Khan and Shubman Gill dating surfaced on the internet after they were spotted by a fan at a restaurant.
Recently, the duo was also spotted sitting next to each other on a flight.
He was also asked by Sonam Bajwa on her Punjabi chat talk about whether he is dating Sara or not.
To this question, he replied: "May be. Sara da sara sach bol diya."
When he was asked about who he thinks is the fittest actor in Bollywood, he once again said: "Sara."
Sara Ali Khan was previously rumoured to be dating Kartik Aaryan. Kartik and Sara had appeared in a movie titled 'Love Aaj Kal 2'.
