Watch: ‘Aavan Jaavan’ Drops On Kiara Advani’s Birthday, Her Chemistry With Hrithik Steals The Show
Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani’s breezy romantic track ‘Aavan Jaavan’ from ‘War 2’ is finally out.
With just two weeks left for its grand theatrical release, the makers of ‘War 2’ have unveiled the film’s first song ‘Aavan Jaavan’ featuring Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. This movie marks their first on-screen pairing and also serves as Kiara’s first film since welcoming her daughter with husband Sidharth Malhotra. Coinciding with her 34th birthday, the release of ‘Aavan Jaavan’ truly holds a special significance for the Bollywood actress.
The song has generated major buzz not just for its fresh pairing, but also because it reunites the iconic ‘Kesariya’ team – director Ayan Mukerji, composer Pritam, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, and singer Arijit Singh – all of whom contributed to the 2023 chartbuster from ‘Brahmastra’.

‘Aavan Jaavan’ is a breezy romantic number soaked in sunshine, love, and wanderlust. Set against the breathtaking landscapes of Italy, the nearly four-minute-long video showcases Hrithik and Kiara’s crackling chemistry as they dance, drive, and explore scenic locales together. From Venice and Lake Como to Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany – the visuals are nothing short of postcard-perfect.
The music video captures the duo’s carefree energy and playful romance, including a much-talked-about swimsuit scene by Kiara that was teased in the film’s trailer. Her bikini shot – the first ever on screen – had already created ripples online, and is expected to be one of the song’s major highlights.
Fans have been quick to react. While many praised the electric pairing of Hrithik and Kiara, others couldn’t stop raving about Arijit Singh’s soulful voice. Comments like “Arijit Singh has one of the greatest voices on this planet” and “He makes me feel in love even when I’m single” flooded the YouTube music video’s comment section.
The Tamil and Telugu versions of the song have also been released, further widening its reach.

Previously, teasing the song release, Ayan Mukerji shared, “Aavan Jaavan – was the soundtrack for our Italian shoot, and creating it was one of the most joy-filled experiences and memories of making War 2 for all of us!”
‘War 2’, directed by Ayan Mukerji and written by Shridhar Raghavan, is the sixth installment in YRF’s Spy Universe. The film stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani in lead roles, with Anil Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana appearing in special roles. It hits theatres worldwide on August 14.
