Aditi Rao Hydari Blasts Heathrow Airport, British Airways As She Waits "17 Hours" For Luggage
Aditi Rao Hydari took to social media to blast British Airways and the Heathrow Airport for her nightmare ordeal.
Indian actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's debut web series 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', has lashed out at British Airways and the Heathrow Airport. The actress has made her ordeal known, saying her luggage has gone missing, and it has been more than 17 hours, and still she has no idea about her luggage. She also said that when she reached out to the airport officials, they brushed aside the incident, asking her to contact the airline to get her luggage.
"@HeathrowAirport and @British_Airways. Have reached an all time low!!!! So many tired passengers and families, people in wheelchairs, hungry children, waiting 3.5 hours plus at empty luggage belts with no one taking any responsibility and no real answers. The worst experience! Beware! Ps also thank you for the generous offer of compensation for toiletries," she wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

The worst…
"5 hours patiently waiting at an airport… and I’m now leaving the airport without my bag as are many other distressed people. People who have medicines, epipens and other essentials. There is zero assurance that we will get our luggage within 24 hours. An apology is really not enough for this disastrous mess… it’s a shame. @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport," she wrote in another post.

On Aditi Rao Hydari's post, the handle of British Airways commented, "We do apologise Aditi. You will be reunited with your bag as soon as possible, if you do leave the airport without it you can purchase any essentials you require and claim these here."
However, Aditi Rao Hydari did not hold back, and in her response, she wrote, "17 hours later… the saga continues! @British_Airways…. Slow clap! Still waiting…. Suitcase please! Also to everyone sending me messages about @British_Airways ‘… I feel your pain! at this point I just need my suitcase (And for all the passengers who are super stressed and waiting)

"19 hours and ticking…. Also, @British_Airways just putting it out there. This isn't my first rodeo with the brits...watch #Heeramandi on @NetflixIndia and you'll know that I'm not one to go down without a fight for justice!
So can you free our bags! ASAP! I have a conference to attend, and the essentials I'll need for it will not meet your criteria for essentials. Thanks," she added.
