The craze surrounding Greta Gerwig’s new directorial venture ‘Barbie’ is unreal. The new Hollywood movie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, has been performing well worldwide ever since its release on July 21. The new Hollywood film’s release has also sparked Barbie fever with several people turning up in pink outfits to watch the movie in theatres. Celebrities have also hopped on the trend and are showcasing their Barbie avatars through photos and videos. The latest celebrity to join the trend is Kiara Advani.
The actress channelled her inner Barbie while walking the ramp as a showstopper at the India Couture Week 2023 for designers Falguni and Shane Peacock. Kiara Advani's husband Sidharth Malhotra was not in attendance for the event, however her mother-in-law Rimma Malhotra showed ample support for the actress. In the video shared by the designers, Kiara Advani can be seen arriving on the stage with a big smile on her face.
The 'SatyaPrem Ki Katha' actress then paused on the ramp to give flying kisses to her mother-in-law Rimma Malhotra. The actress also made a heart sign with her hands.
Kiara Advani was seen wearing a hot pink-coloured bralette and modern lehenga skirt set as she brought desi Barbie magic to the ramp.

Her pink-coloured attire featured a bralette with broad shoulder straps, a plunging neckline and shimmering sequin and beaded embellishments. Her lehenga skirt featured a high-rise waistline, a figure-hugging silhouette, and a thigh-high slit.
Kiara Advani opted for peep-toe high heels with her pink outfit. This pink look comes at the time when the colour has taken over the world by a storm due to the release of Greta Gerwig's 'Barbie'.
The likes of Varun Bahl, Tarun Tahiliani, Ritu Kumar, Rahul Mishra and Gaurav Gupta are also a part of the India Couture Week 2023 line-up. The fashion extravaganza will be concluding with Rahul Mishra show on August 2.
Talking about Kiara Advani, the actress was last seen in 'SatyaPrem Ki Katha' alongside Kartik Aaryan. The actress gained a lot of praise for her role as a rape survivor in the film.
