Dharmendra showered his son Bobby Deol with love and praise after his powerful performance in the new Hindi movie ‘Animal’.
2023 has been quite a year for the Deol family. First, senior Deol – Dharmendra mesmerised fans with his fantastic performance in Karan Johar's ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, and his kiss with veteran actress Shabana Azmi made headlines. Then, Sunny Deol made a grand comeback on the big screen as his 2023 film ‘Gadar 2’ went on to earn more than Rs 500 crore in India, making it the second-highest grossing Hindi movie of all time. Now, Bobby Deol is winning praise from all quarters for his powerful performance in ‘Animal’.
Bobby Deol’s ruthless portrayal of an antagonist in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's ‘Animal’ has left everyone impressed. ‘Animal’ stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role with Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles. Triptii Dimri is also a part of the new Hindi movie.
On Monday, Dharmendra posted a photo of Bobby Deol's fierce avatar from ‘Animal’, and he captioned the post as, "My talented bob."

Earlier, Esha Deol, who is the daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, also lauded Bobby Deol for his performance in ‘Animal’.
Esha posted a photo of her brother on Instagram Story, and wrote, “Way to go. Smashing performance and success bhaiya.”
Sunny Deol had also said that his “little brother” has “shaken the world”. The ‘Gadar 2’ actor had posted a series of pictures with Bobby on Instagram.

For the unversed, Bobby Deol has just a few scenes in ‘Animal’s, and he is playing the role of a mute man, who happens to be the cousin of the character played by Ranbir Kapoor.
Recently, the actor was seen in tears after he received thunderous response from the paparazzi for his performance in ‘Animal’.
Talking about ‘Animal’, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is wreaking havoc at the box office and it has already made more than Rs 200 crore at the domestic box office. Globally, the movie has made more than Rs 330 crore.
As per early estimates posted by industry tracker Sacnilk, ‘Animal’ minted Rs 72.50 crore nett across all languages on Sunday, and hence the three-day total now stands at a whopping Rs 202.57 crore.
For the unversed, ‘Animal’ had made Rs 63.8 crore and Rs 66.27 crore on Friday and Saturday, respectively. With this, the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer has become the first film in the history of Indian cinema to score Rs 50 crore+ in Hindi language on three consecutive days.
