Mark Your Calendars! Karan Johar Pens Heartfelt Note Announcing Release Date Of Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri-Starrer New Movie
Karan Johar recently announced the release date of his next production venture, which stars Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk.
Filmmaker-producer Karan Johar, who has given the audience some blockbuster movies like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’, ‘My Name Is Khan’, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, is gearing up for the release of his next directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’. The ace filmmaker-producer recently announced the release date of his next co-production. The film, which is tentatively titled ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’, stars Triptii Dimri, Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk, will release on February 23, 2024.
Karan Johar, who is co-producing the new Hindi movie under his banner Dharma Productions along with Leo Media Collective and Amazon Prime Video, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post announcing the release date of the film.

The film, which is being touted as a romantic comedy, is being directed by Anand Tiwari. Vicky Kaushal commented on Karan Johar’s post writing, “Karan,” with several red heart emojis.
Triptii Dimri commented, “I literally can’t contain my excitement… @karanjohar. Thank you for putting your trust in me… Only Love for you.”
Ammy Virk wrote, “Bhaji,” with a red heart emoji.
“All my love to u karan!! Can't thank you enough for making our dreams into a cinematic reality!! Can't wait to share our film with the world coming Feb,” Anand Tiwari’s comment read.
The film’s team recently celebrated the wrap-up party of the romantic comedy in Mumbai. Several videos and photos from the wrap-party of the film went viral on the internet.
The film, previously titled ‘Rola’, was shot last year, with Farah Khan choreographing a song in Croatia.
Karan Johar is currently awaiting the release of his directorial return, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’. The new Hindi movie, starring Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi, will hit theatres on July 28.
'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' is Karan Johar's first big-screen directorial since 2016's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. In the interim period, he had helmed two short films for the Netflix anthologies 'Lust Stories' and 'Ghost Stories'.
