Urdhva Dhanurasana, also known as Chakrasana, is popularly referred to as the Wheel Pose. Performing this asana has several benefits like expanding lungs to get more oxygen intake, reduction of stress and tension in the body, strengthening and increasing the elasticity of the spine, improving blood circulation in body, boosting appetite, relieving constipation and digestive problems, reducing abdominal fat and toning core muscles.
