The new promo of Karan Johar’s ‘Koffee With Karan 8’ is out, and it features Bollywood actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor.
Karan Johar, who enjoyed commercial and critical success with his 2023 directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, recently returned with an all-new season of his wildly popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’. The eighth season of ‘KWK’, launched in October 2023, became a huge talking point on social media right after its premiere episode featuring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. So far, we have seen some interesting pairings on ‘KWK 8’, including Sunny and Bobby Deol, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor and Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.
The last episode saw ‘Lust Stories’ and ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ co-stars Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal grace the ‘Koffee’ couch. The upcoming episode will feature two handsome hunks of Bollywood, Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor. And the newly released promo promises an entertaining watch.

The new promo promises an episode filled with bromance, laughter and interesting answers as they spill the beans about their personal and professional lives.
In the promo, Karan Johar introduced Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor as “unmarried boys who just want to have fun”. The promo also showed Aditya Roy Kapur dodging those Ananya Panday dating rumours.
“Rumour has it that you are dating Ananya Panday,” host Karan told Aditya Roy Kapur in the ‘KWK 8’ promo. The Bollywood actor replied, “Ask me no secrets, and I will tell you no lies.”
Aditya Roy Kapur then shifted the subject by telling Karan Johar, “Moving on.”
In the promo, Karan Johar said, “Take a shot if you have dressed up for some off-screen role play.” Arjun Kapoor answered, “Handcuffs,” while Aditya Roy Kapur joked, "Disney+ Hotstar can't handle it.”
The Bollywood actors even confessed to skipping a romantic night for a friends' hangout. In the promo video, the duo appeared on the show in complete opposite aesthetics. Aditya Roy Kapur sported a sharp suit like, while Arjun Kapoor wore a denim jacket and relaxed jeans.
In the promo of ‘KWK 8’, Arjun Kapoor is also determined to “end some rumours”, seemingly referring to his breakup rumours with girlfriend and actress Malaika Arora.
For the unversed, Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur have been reportedly dating for a while now. The rumours began when the two made a joint appearance at Kriti Sanon's Diwali party last year. Karan Johar also dropped hints about Ananya and Aditya during an episode of his talk show, ‘Koffee With Karan 7’, last year.
Since then, the rumoured couple has been seen at airports, and on vacations. The Bollywood stars are often spotted together by the paparazzi in Mumbai as well.
