The Bollywood couple made an appearance on the first episode of 'Koffee With Karan 8', and the 1-hour-9-minute-long episode saw Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone chatting with Karan Johar about their relationship. The duo also shared some footage from their lavish wedding, which took place in 2018 at Lake Como, Italy.
Deepika and Ranveer were also at their candid best during the Rapid Fire round. When Karan Johar asked Ranveer whom he would like to cast in a love triangle with him and Deepika, the actor named Ranbir Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh named Ranbir Kapoor once again when Karan Johar asked the former which contemporary male actor he would choose to recreate ‘Dola Re Dola’ from 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'.

Talking further about the Rapid Fire round, featuring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar also asked Ranveer regarding who shares the best chemistry with Deepika.
To this, Ranveer Singh said, "Shah Rukh Khan." For the unversed, Deepika Padukone and SRK have starred in several movies such as 'Om Shanti Om', 'Chennai Express', 'Happy New Year', 'Pathaan', and 'Jawan'.
However, when the same question was asked to Deepika Padukone, she said that she shares good chemistry with Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, and the late Irrfan Khan.
The Rapid Fire round was eventually won by Deepika Padukone as she got 73 per cent of the votes from the in-studio audience.
For the unversed, this was Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's first joint appearance on Karan Johar's show.
