In the latest entertainment news, the actress arrived in Delhi on Tuesday to attend the National Film Awards 2023, and she was accompanied by husband Ranbir Kapoor. The pictures and videos are going viral on social media, and fans have already noticed that Alia Bhatt was wearing her wedding saree for the special occasion.

He is a person I have always looked up to and I will never stop thanking him for what he has given me," Alia Bhatt said, after reaching the venue of National Film Awards 2023.
For the unversed, Alia Bhatt is sharing the Best Actress award with Kriti Sanon, who won it for Netflix-film 'Mimi'.
Earlier, while speaking to Vogue, Alia Bhatt had shared her reasons for choosing a saree over a lehenga for her wedding.
“I love a saree. It’s the most comfortable garment in the world, which is why I wore one for my wedding and not a lehenga," Alia Bhatt had said.

For the unversed, 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is an adaptation of the life of Gangubai Kothewali. The inspiration was takenn from S Hussain Zaidi’s book, 'Mafia Queens of Mumbai'.
'Gangubai Kathiawadi' also won several other National Awards, including Best Screenplay (Adapted) for Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Utkarshini Vashishtha, Best Dialogue Writer for Utkarshini and Prakash Kapadia, and Best Editing for Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Vasan Bala's 'Jigra'. The movie backed by Dharma Productions is slated to release in theatres on September 27, 2024.
