The first photos of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha from their engagement ceremony are out. And they look like a match made in heaven!
In case 2023 didn’t already seem like the year of celebrity weddings, another big wedding is on the cards. After making headlines due to multiple recent public appearances, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha are all set to tie the knot. But before the grand celebration of the wedding, comes the equally grand engagement bash. Parineeti Chopra got engaged to Raghav Chadha in Delhi on Saturday night. The engagement ceremony was held at Kapurthala House.
Parineeti Chopra posted several dreamy pictures on Instagram to announce the big news. Both Parineeti and Raghav wore traditional white outfits for their engagement ceremony.

In the first photo, Raghav Chadha is holding Parineeti Chopra by her waist, while Parineeti leans her head against Raghav's cheeks. In the second shot, the couple poses for a cosy frame.
In the third picture, Raghav is looking at Parineeti, while the latter is looking at a distance. The fourth frame is a close-up image of their beautiful engagement rings.
Ditching traditional colours such as red and pink, Bollywood stars have embraced pastel shades for their wedding functions in the last few years. Keeping the trend alive, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha also chose monotone ivory for the day.
Parineeti Chopra wore a full-sleeve turtle neck suit, designed by Manish Malhotra. She kept her hair loose and completed the look with heavy earrings, maang tikka and rings. The neckline of the suit is adorned with crystal and pearl detailing. Raghav Chadha wore an Achkan designed by his uncle and fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva.
Priyanka Chopra, who attended the engagement ceremony wearing a neon green ruffled saree and with an off-shoulder blouse, also posted pictures on her Instagram account.

Their engagement ceremony was attended by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, Manish Malhotra, Derek O’Brien, Abhishek Manu Singhvi and many others from the world of entertainment and politics.
The couple sparked dating rumours after they were spotted outside a few restaurants in Mumbai. While they did not make any statements about their relationship, they were clicked in Mohali attending an IPL match which confirmed the rumours about their relationship. Parineeti and Raghav were both seen blushing, as they waved to their fans.
Ahead of their engagement, Parineeti Chopra’s house was decorated with lights. And soon after, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were clicked together as they arrived in Delhi for their engagement.
A few weeks ago, Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjeev Arora took to his Twitter handle and congratulated the couple. He had written, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to @raghav_chadha and @ParineetiChopra. May their union be blessed with an abundance of love, joy, and companionship. My best wishes.”
Parineeti’s ‘Code Name Tiranga’ co-star Harrdy Sandhu also indirectly confirmed the news a few weeks ago when he said in an interview, “I am so happy that it’s finally happening. I wish her all the luck.”
As per several reports, Parineeti and Raghav studied together at the London School of Economics and have been friends for a long time now.
