Just weeks after welcoming his daughter with wife and actress Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh attended an event in Mumbai, hosted by Reliance Foundation and Nita Ambani. For the unversed, this was Ranveer Singh's first public appearance after the birth of his daughter. The event named 'United in Triumph' was organised to celebrate the victory of India's Olympians and Paralympians. In videos shared by several paparazzo accounts, Ranveer Singh displayed his new bulked-up avatar.

While interacting with the paparazzi, Ranveer Singh expressed his happiness with folded hands as the paparazzi congratulated him for becoming a father.

After posing for pictures, Ranveer Singh walked towards the shutterbugs, and said, “Baap ban gaya re.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their first child, a daughter, on September 8, 2024. The celebrity couple shared the news through a joint Instagram post, which read, “Welcome baby girl. 8-9-2024”.

For the unversed, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, along with their families, were seen arriving at the Mumbai hospital days before the birth of their daughter. The paparazzi were unable to click their pictures as the entire family sat inside their curtained car.

Deepika and Ranveer were also spotted seeking blessings at Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai.

For the unversed, Deepika and Ranveer shared their pregnancy news on February 29, 2024, just hours before heading to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar.

Talking about Deepika's work front, the new mom in town is basking in the success of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani.

The sci-fi extravaganza also featured cameos from Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mrunal Thakur.

Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, will be seen headlining Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3'. Deepika and Ranveer will also star in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming movie ‘Singham Again’.
