“Alia, Ranveer Just Eating Each Other Up”: Fans React To Unseen Steamy ‘RRKPK’ Footage. Watch Video
The makers of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s ‘RRKPK’ dropped the full version of the Saregama Caravan Medley and it comes with bonus, unseen sequences.
‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, directed by Karan Johar, has been making headlines ever since it was announced. Fans were eagerly excited to see Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s chemistry in ‘RRKPK’ after the duo delivered the 2019 hit ‘Gully Boy’. However, many were left unimpressed, complaining that there was no chemistry between the Bollywood stars during the initial promos of the Hindi movie. A scene from the first song ‘Tum Kya Mile’ also went viral on social media as fans compared Alia-Ranveer’s chemistry to Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s chemistry in ‘Suraj Hua Maddham’.
Fans were also left unimpressed after watching the trailer of the Hindi movie. However, that may have changed after they watched the film. Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were widely applauded for their performances as Rocky Randhawa and Rani Chatterjee. Fans also loved their chemistry in the movie, with many calling it “crackling” on Twitter. But if you are still not convinced, then the full version of the Saregama Caravan Medley from the film may just make you say that Alia and Ranveer ate it with their chemistry and left no crumbs!

The Saregama Caravan Medley consisted of three songs in the film version. Now, the full version has been released by Saregama Music on YouTube. Karan Johar also shared the video on Instagram. The music video shows two more songs that were filmed, but were edited out of the film, possibly owing to its length that initially exceeded three hours.
Out of the two songs, one is ‘Hum Tum Ek Kamre Mein’ from the 1973 romantic film ‘Bobby’. Interestingly, the original song featured Alia Bhatt's late father-in-law Rishi Kapoor along with Dimple Kapadia, and was directed by Alia Bhatt's husband Ranbir Kapoor's grandfather Raj Kapoor.
In the music video, Ranveer and Alia are spotted making out in the room. Alia Bhatt is in a yellow saree and Ranveer Singh is wearing a printed grey shirt.
The other song that didn't make it to the film version was ‘Aao Na Gale Lagao Na’ from the 1972 romantic comedy ‘Mere Jeevan Saathi’. Ranveer and Alia, who are twinning in black, can be seen making out in the corridor and on the stairs.

The Saregama Carvan Medley is composed by Pritam and sung by Shashwat Singh and Jonita Gandhi. It is choreographed by Farah Khan.
A day ago, it was announced that ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ has been selected for the Busan International Film Festival 2023. The film has been selected in the Open Cinema section.
