Aamir Khan Dons Traditional Attire For Puja At Office. Photos Viral
Actor Aamir Khan was seen performing a puja at his office and the photos have now gone viral.
After the failure of 'Laal Singh Chaddha' at the box office, Aamir Khan has given very few public appearances and hence it is no surprise, the fans are always on the lookout for catching a glimpse of their favourite star. Finally, some photos have surfaced on the internet, in which the '3 Idiots' star can be seen performing a puja at his Aamir Khan Productions office.
However, what has caught everyone's imagination is the Marathi attire that Aamir is wearing for the puja. The photos of Aamir and ex-wife Kiran Rao performing puja were shared by filmmaker Advait Chandan on Instagram.
In the photos, Aamir can be seen holding a kalash (metal pot) which is topped with a coconut. He can then be seen offering prayers.
The actor was seen wearing a sweatshirt and a pair of jeans. She was also seen sporting a traditional cap for the occasion.
After the debacle of 'Lal Singh Chaddha', Aamir Khan had told mediapersons that he would return to acting after one year.
'Laal Singh Chaddha' which also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan was an official remake of Hollywood classic 'Forrest Gump' which starred Tom Hanks in the lead role.
However, the Hindi adaptation did not find many takers in theatres and Aamir's performance was met with a lukewarm response.
The actor has a cameo appearance in 'Salaam Venky' and the movie featuring Kajol and Vishal Jethwa in the lead roles hit theatres on Friday.
Kajol had also posted pictures with both Aamir Khan and Vishal from the movie premiere, and they also went viral.
