Deepika Padukone on Sunday unveiled the FIFA World Cup trophy ahead of Argentina vs France WC final at the Lusail Stadium. This is the first time a Bollywood celebrity has unveiled the FIFA World Cup trophy. The final between Argentina and France is touted to be a spectacular event and it would see two of the best modern-day players -- Kylian Mbappe (France) and Lionel Messi (Argentina) going up against each other.
Ahead of the final, Deepika Padukone walked alongside former Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas to present the trophy at the Lusail Stadium.

Deepika unveiled the trophy during the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup. The likes of Ranveer Singh and Kartik Aaryan are also present at the Lusail Stadium to watch Argentina vs France World Cup final.
On Sunday afternoon, Deepika Padukone posted an Instagram story to give a sneak-peak of the Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk book.
In another Instagram, the actor can be seen on her way to the Lusail Stadium for the FIFA World Cup final.
It is important to note that Shah Rukh Khan was also present at Sports18 and Jio Cinema Studios to promote his upcoming movie 'Pathaan'. Shah Rukh interacted with former England star player Wayne Rooney and there were several memorable moments.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone would be next seen together in 'Pathaan' which is slated to hit the theatres on January 25.
Earlier this week, the first song from the movie titled 'Besharam Rang' was released. Ever since it has come out, it has been in the middle of a storm, due to the costumes and choreography used in the song.
In the video for 'Besharam Rang', Shah Rukh Khan can also be seen flaunting his eight-pack abs as he stands shirtless at one point in the song. The groovy track has been sung by Shilpa Rao, Caralisa Monteiro, Vishal, and Sheykar.
It is important to mention that the song also has some Spanish bits, the lyrics of which have been given by Vishal Dadlani.
The teaser for 'Pathaan' was released on November 2, which also happens to be the birth date of Shah Rukh Khan. As soon as the teaser was launched, the fans of 'King Khan' went into overdrive on social media, praising the return of the star.
