Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma, who made his mark by hosting one of television's most successful comedy talk shows, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, is all set to add another feather to his cap as he is gearing up to make his singing debut with singer Guru Randhawa’s upcoming single ‘Alone’. While Kapil Sharma has time and again treated viewers to his soulful voice on his comedy talk show, ‘Alone’ will mark his singing debut. The song is set to release on February 9.
Guru Randhawa took to his Instagram account to share the poster of ‘Alone’, along with announcing the release date of the track.

In the poster, Kapil Sharma can be seen wearing a brown coat over a black T-shirt, paired with dark sunglasses. Guru Randhawa is seen sporting a black sweater, matching coat, and gloves. He also opted for dark sunglasses.
As soon as Guru Randhawa announced Kapil Sharma’s singing debut with ‘Alone’, several celebrities took to the comments section of the post to react to the big news.
Mika Singh commented, "Kya baat hai the 2 rock star in one frame,” with raised hands emojis.
Rapper Badshah simply dropped a raised hands emoji. Raghav Sachar posted, "Wow”.
Fans also showered love on the duo. A person wrote, "Super duper excited." Another fan wrote, "Let's rock guru baby and Kapil....can't wait to meet you after success this song."
Recently, Guru Randhawa collaborated with actress and ‘Bigg Boss 13’ fame Shehnaaz Gill on the song ‘Moon Rise’.
The audio version of the ‘Moon Rise’ was released last year and received immense love from the listeners. The music video of the track was unveiled earlier this month.
Guru Randhawa is all set to make his acting debut alongside actor Anupam Kher with an upcoming comedy film ‘Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay’.
Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma’s upcoming movie ‘Zwigato’ will release on March 17. Directed by Nandita Das, the film is set in Bhubaneswar and follows the journey of a food delivery person exploring the world of the gig economy.
The movie, which had its world premiere at the 47th Toronto International Film Festival in September 2022, also stars actor Shahana Goswami.
The movie was also screened at the 27th Busan International Film Festival and International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK).
Coming back to Kapil Sharma, ‘Zwigato’ is not his first film. He has also starred in movies such as ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ and ‘Firangi’, among others.
