For the unversed, 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' star Imran Khan and Avantika Malik had tied the knot in 2011 after dating for more than seven years.
The couple then welcomed daughter Imara in 2014. However, the couple reportedly parted ways in 2019 and have been living separately since.
“Avantika is really happy and they enjoy each others company. She’s the sort who doesn’t believe in living in the past and loves to live in the moment. Avantika and Sahib met through common friends and are taking it easy. They are not in a rush to put any label on their friendship,” stated an India Today report as they described how Avantika Malik has moved on.
Earlier, Imran Malik had sparked dating rumours after he was spotted with actress Lekha Washington.
Imran Khan is the nephew of Aamir Khan and he had appeared as a child artist in the films 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' and 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar'.
Imran Khan then made his adult acting debut in 2008 with 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'. His performance in the film won him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
He then starred in a number of films like 'I Hate Luv Storys', 'Delhi Belly', 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan' and 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'.
