Katrina Kaif’s mother, Suzanne Turquotte, dismissed claims of targeting anyone with her recent post after netizens assumed that she was taking an indirect dig at Neetu Kapoor.
Veteran Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor has been on the receiving end of criticism ever since she shared a post about men dating women for several years but that doesn’t mean they will marry them. Several social media users lambasted the actress for promoting toxic and incorrect behaviour under the garb of being funny. "Just because he dated you for 7 years, it doesn't mean he will marry you. My uncle studied medicine for 6 years, now he is a DJ," the post read.
Several users also felt that the post was a jibe at Ranbir Kapoor's ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif, as they were in a relationship for seven years. Amid the debate, Katrina Kaif's mother Suzanne Turquotte dropped a post on her Instagram handle.

On Monday, Katrina Kaif’s mother had shared a post on Instagram, "I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO." Her post made netizens believe that it was an indirect response to Neetu's Instagram Story.
For the unversed, Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor had starred in 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' in 2009. Their romance rumours started making headlines around the same time as their first film together. However, their romance fizzled out and they parted ways.
