And now, a new video is doing the rounds on social media, where a fan can be seen pouncing on Ranbir Kapoor mid-event.
This incident took place when Ranbir Kapoor attended a college event as a part of promotions for his upcoming rom-com, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’. A fan page dedicated to the ‘Barfi’ actor shared the clip on Instagram.

He was in a college promoting his upcoming film. During the event, he also danced and sang to entertain the audience along with movie's music composer Pritam.
The clip shows how a fan suddenly breached Ranbir Kapoor’s security and climbed onto the stage and hugged the actor.
While the actor looks a little uncomfortable as he was taken by surprise, he handled the moment with grace. Ranbir Kapoor hugged the fan before even as the security personnel gathered to take the fan away.
The video is now going viral, garnering a lot of reactions from netizens.
One fan wrote, “Ranbir Kapoor is such a gem.”

A few others also advised the fans to be careful about the actor’s privacy and security.

Talking about Ranbir’s upcoming film ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’, it is scheduled to release on March 8. The Bollywood movie also marks Ranbir Kapoor’s first collaboration with director Luv Ranjan, who is best known for films like ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ and ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’.
The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor, Anubhav Singh Bassi, Monica Chaudhary, Hasleen Kaur, Rajesh Jais, Ayesha Raza Mishra, and others.
On the personal front of Ranbir, he married Alia Bhatt on April 14, 2022. The star couple became parents to Raha on November 6, 2022. The power couple, who dated for several years before getting hitched, announced their pregnancy in June last year.
