How Celebs Reacted To Richa Chadha's “Galwan Says Hi” Tweet
Richa Chadha has come under fire after her tweet on the Galwan Valley. While she deleted the tweet, the reactions have not stopped coming in with many calling out the actress.
Actress Richa Chadha has been embroiled in a major controversy over her tweet. The Bollywood actress has deleted her controversial tweet, but the reactions keep coming in. It all started when Richa Chadha reacted via a tweet to a top army commander's statement on Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Richa Chadha had made a reference to the 2020 Galwan clash with Chinese troops. But after a massive backlash, the actress deleted her post.
In her initial tweet, Richa Chadha had written: “Galwan says hi”
She later apologised, writing: "Even though it can never be my intention in the least, if the 3 words which are being dragged into a controversy have offended or hurt anyone, I apologise and also say that it would sadden me if even unintentionally my words have triggered this feeling in my brothers in the fauj (army) of which my own Nanaji has been an illustrious part."

Actor Akshay Kumar was among the first to slam Richa Chadha over her original tweet. He said it hurts to see statements like these and one should never be ungrateful towards the armed forces. He also shared the screenshot of Richa Chadha’s original tweet.

It is important to note that famous actor Prakash Raj extended his support to Richa Chadha, and he went on further to criticise Akshay Kumar.

After apologising for her comment, Richa Chadha has not spoken on the issue.
