Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Jawan' has become the first Bollywood film to achieve this incredible feat!
'Jawan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and Sunil Grover, released in theatres on September 7, and the Atlee-directorial broke several records. The new Hindi movie is the fastest to enter the Rs 200 crore, 250 crore, 300 crore, 400 crore, 450 crore, and 500 crore club, and as of now, no one knows how much the movie will earn in its lifetime in India.
In the latest entertainment news, 'Jawan' has now become the first Bollywood film to enter the Rs 600 crore club across all languages.
The SRK-starrer achieved the feat on Sunday as it collected Rs 8.80 crore, as per industry tracker Sacnilk. The total nett collection of 'Jawan' across all languages now stands at a whopping Rs 604.25 crore.
The new releases in the form of 'Fukrey 3', and 'The Vaccine War' have not managed to stop the 'Jawan' juggernaut at the box office. 'Fukrey 3' has still managed to hold its ground, and in four days, the new Hindi movie has earned Rs 43.55 crore, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.
On the other hand, Vivek Agnihotri's 'The Vaccine War', starring Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher, and Pallavi Joshi, has turned to be a complete dud at the box office, earning just Rs 5.70 crore in 4 days, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.
For the unversed, 'Fukrey 3' has been directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamb and the movie stars Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi, Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, and Manjot Singh. The new Hindi movie has been produced under Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment.
Talking of 'Jawan', the movie which has been produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, also features cameos by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
SRK will next be seen in 'Dunki', directed by Rajkumar Hirani. It will be releasing on December 22, 2023, and the movie will be going up against Prabhas' 'Salaar' at the box office.
