'Titanic' and 'Avatar' director James Cameron has once again praised SS Rajamouli's 'RRR', starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
'RRR', directed by SS Rajamouli, starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, released in theatres in 2022, but the Telugu movie is still being talked about. The uber-popular film made Indian cinema proud as it won a Golden Globe and Oscar for Best Original Song (Naatu Naatu). The global audience expressed their love for the film after it premiered on Netflix, and it is safe to say that the Telugu film transcended borders to gain immense love and appreciation. In the latest entertainment news, Hollywood director James Cameron, who is known for helming projects like 'Titanic' and 'Avatar', has once again praised 'RRR', calling it "spectacular."
"I was being honest with him at that time, it was spectacular. It was great to see Indian cinema bursting out for the world stage with a broad acceptance," James Cameron said at the sidelines of Saturn Awards.
"James Cameron.. Your precious words always inspire us to strive better and be the best. We strongly believe Indian cinema is going to break all boundaries and grow to its fullest," the official handle of 'RRR' movie wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

As per the latest entertainment news, last year, after winning the Critics Choice Awards for Best Foreign Film and Best Song, Rajamouli had shared a picture with James Cameron, and revealed the conversation he had with him.
Taking to X, Rajamouli wrote: "The great James Cameron watched RRR.. He liked it so much that he recommended to his wife Suzy and watched it again with her. Sir, I still cannot believe you spent a whole 10 minutes with us analyzing our movie. As you said I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD... Thank you both."
'RRR’, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR, bagged various international awards including Rajamouli’s Best Director award by the New York Film Critics Circle. It also won the Saturn Award for Best International Film.
The National Board of Review had also named ‘RRR’ as one of its 10 best films of 2022. The movie’s music director MM Keeravani also bagged the Los Angeles Film Critics Association award for the best music score.
