'Hawkeye' actor Jeremy Renner is in "critical but stable condition" after being involved in a weather-related accident. The actor's representative confirmed the development to Variety. “We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather related accident while plowing snow earlier today. His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care," Renner's representative was quoted as saying by Variety.

However, the location of the accident has not been confirmed. The actor owns a home in Washoe County in Nevada. And this particular area had received heavy snowfall due to a storm on New Year's Eve, stated the report.

Renner has starred in several Marvel projects as 'Hawkeye/Clint Barton' since the 2011-film 'Thor'. 

Apart from this, Renner has also starred in 'Mission: Impossible' series. He has also starred in movies like 'Arrival', 'American Hustle' and '28 Weeks Later'.

He has also been nominated for two Oscars during his career. Renner had started his career by appearing in films such as 'Dahmer' and 'Neo Ned'.

Renner was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in 'The Hurt Locker' and then he was nominated for the Best Supporting Actor for his performance in 'The Town'. 

The actor is currently starring in the Taylor Sheridan series called 'Mayor of Kingstown' and the second season for the show will premiere in January this year.
