South Indian actor Fahadh Faasil recently spoke about his ADHD diagnosis.

Noted South Indian actor Fahadh Faasil, who was last seen in ‘Aavesham’, spoke about his ADHD diagnosis. Fahadh Faasil said that he was clinically diagnosed with Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at the age of 41. For the unversed, ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects the brain’s ability to regulate attention, behaviour, and impulse control. This diagnosis is common in children but it can also affect adults. As per news agency PTI, Fahadh Faasil confirmed this at an event near Kothamangalam.

Fahadh Faasil said that while roaming around the children's village, he ended up asking a doctor whether it is easy to cure ADHD.

“He told me it can be easily cured if it is diagnosed at a young age. I asked whether it can be cured if it is diagnosed at the age of 41. I am clinically ADHD diagnosed,” said the ‘Kumbalanghi Nights’ actor.

The Malayalam actor is currently winning immense praise for his work in the film ‘Aavesham’. The movie has garnered widespread critical acclaim from critics and viewers alike.

‘Aavesham’ is being praised for its direction and acting performance of Fahadh Faasil. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, ‘Aavesham’ made Rs 85.12 crore. Globally, the film has made more than Rs 150 crore.

Recently, ‘Aavesham’ premiered on Amazon Prime Video. Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan also showered massive praise on the Fahadh Faasil-starrer.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Varun Dhawan wrote, “#aaveshamonprime. This movie is such a ride every cinema lover with love it dekho dekho!!! #primebae @primevideoin.”

‘Aavesham’ has been directed by Jithu Madhavan. The film tells the story of three college students Aju (Hipzster), Bibi (Mithun Jai Shankar) and Shanthan (Roshan Shahnavaz) who end up seeking the help of a local rowdy called Ranga (Fahadh) when they’re horribly bullied.
