‘Jailer’ Stars Mohanlal And Rajinikanth Pose Together. Viral Photo Takes Internet By Storm
Rajinikanth and Mohanlal, who have collaborated for the upcoming film ‘Jailer’, recently posed for a picture after bumping into each other in Jaisalmer.
Two legends in one frame! Tamil superstar Rajinikanth and Malayalam megastar Mohanlal are all set to share screen space for the first time in the upcoming action entertainer ‘Jailer’. Mohanlal will be seen in a pivotal role in the film headlined by Rajinikanth, who will play the lead role of Muthuvel Pandian in the Nelson Dilipkumar directorial. And naturally fans are waiting with bated breath to see the two superstars in one frame on the silver screen.
While we don’t have a release date for ‘Jailer’ yet, we have got our hands on something exciting. A picture of the two legendary actors posing together has gone viral on social media.
Entertainment industry tracker Sreedhar Pillai also shared the photo of Mohanlal and Rajinikanth.

While some thought that it was an old picture from the ‘Jailer’ sets in January when Mohanlal shot for the film, Sreedhar Pillai’s tweet revealed that it is indeed a recent picture from Jaisalmer.
Besides Mohanlal and Rajinikanth, ‘Jailer’ boasts of a huge star cast including Tamannaah Bhatia, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Ramya Krishnan, and Yogi Babu among others.
According to several reports, the makers had earlier planned to release the film in the summer of 2023 but now its release has been pushed ahead.
Apart from serving as the director of ‘Jailer’, Nelson Dilipkumar has also written the story.
Vijay Kartik Kannan is serving as the director of photography. ‘Jailer’ is being produced by Kalanithi Maran under the popular banner Sun Pictures.
Aniruddh Ravichander is composing the music of ‘Jailer’. This will be his third collaboration with Rajinikanth after delivering smash hits in Karthik Subbaraj-directed ‘Petta’ and AR Murugadoss-directed ‘Darbar’.
This will be Rajinikanth’s first release after ‘Annaatthe’, which opened in theatres in 2021. Meanwhile, Mohanlal has films ‘Ram’ and ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ in the pipeline.
