SS Rajamouli recently took to Twitter to praise Nani's latest movie 'Dasara'.
Actor Nani is currently receiving a lot of praise for his performance in new Telugu movie 'Dasara' and he has bowled over both the audiences and critics. However, the biggest praise for the South Indian movie has come from 'RRR' director SS Rajamouli, who recently took to Twitter to praise his performance. He also called the movie a "tender heart touching love story." Taking to Twitter, SS Rajamouli wrote: "Amidst the rugged landscape and raw characters, Srikanth Odela manages a tender heart touching love story. Career best performance by Nani. 'Dasara' revolves around his character Dharani, who happens to create problems in the village he stays after getting drunk. And as soon as turns sober, he forgets the problems he created.
Besides Nani, 'Dasara' also stars Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani, Shine Tom Chacko, and Sai Kumar in key roles.
The new Telugu movie has been directed by Srikanth Odela. 'Dasara' released in the theatres on March 30.
'Dasara' has collected more than Rs 100 crore worldwide in the opening weekend.
Earlier, the producers of the movie in a press note had said that 'Dasara' is the only pan Indian film to score second-highest weekend collection worldwide after 'Pathaan'.
"Dasara becomes the only Pan India film to score the second highest weekend collection worldwide after Pathaan," the statement read when the movie crossed Rs 87 crore mark in the opening weekend.
