Munawar Faruqui was mobbed by his fans after he stepped out to party in Mumbai.

Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui has become the talk of the town after winning Salman Khan-hosted 'Bigg Boss 17'. Recently, Munawar Faruqui had visited Dongri to celebrate the win and he was greeted by thousands of fans. In the latest entertainment news, Munawar Faruqui went out to party with former 'Bigg Boss' contestant Abdu Rozik in Mumbai, and it was then that he was mobbed by his fans, who wished to get a picture clicked with him.

Several videos are going viral in which Munawar Faruqui can be seen getting pushed by people around him and his team can be seen trying to control the crowd. At one point, Munawar was pushed so hard that he ends up falling.

Amidst the chaos, Munawar also got upset with a fan who carried a kid into the mob just to get a picture with him.

For the unversed, Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Arun Mashettey, Mannara Chopra and Abhishek Kumar were the five finalists who battled it out in the finale to win the show.

As a result of winning the show, Munawar Faruqui walked away with the 'Bigg Boss 17' trophy, a brand new car and a massive cash prize of Rs 50 lakh.

After winning the show, the stand-up comedian told Indian Express, "The feeling was unreal, the way my journey has been… that moment was such that I could feel the weight of that trophy. This trophy has cost me a lot, but it is worth it. In the end, what was important was not just taking the trophy home, but a lot many things.”

“I was not okay with my personal life being dragged on the show to this extent. But things were not in my control. It was a situation I did not want to face, but I had no option. I am not proud of anything I did, but I have to move on and make things better now," he added.
